1. Should Sharon tell Jill's name to the security officer? Why
-Yes she should, the police officer already knows that sharon was shopping with Jill so if Sharon tells the officer she doesn’t know the name of Jill he would automatically know she is lying, which would just cause more unwanted trouble. Also, Sharon should know what Jill did is wrong, and she shouldn’t get the blame for what Jill did, Jill needs to face the consequences so she knows next time not to do it.
2. Would it make any difference if Jill had recently done a big favor for Sharon?
-No, it still doesn’t change the fact she stole. Her doing me a big favor doesn’t justify that she did do something wrong.

3. Would it make a difference if they were not good friends?
-Yes,
if they were not good friends Sharon would probably not hesitate to tell the officer than if they were good friends, because she may or may not end up losing a friend. But Sharon still need to talk to Jill and figure out why she did it, and tell her that it is wrong.

-Factors that should be taken into consideration is: why did she do it? is this her first time? is she having financial problem? is she doing does this just for the trill? and is she having problems at home?

5. Is shoplifting wrong? Why? What's the most important reason why it is wrong?
-Yes shoplifting is wrong because your are taken something that does not belong to you. People work hard for what they have. I don't see why you should get items for free when others don't.
