The first reason is that improvement comes true (takes place in) only when you labor on a subject. to profound, when you have a goal, in this case accomplish the task you are responsible, you put an considerable effort on it. For instance, when I was in primary school our teacher organised a debate event and separated the students into groups. Luckily, I was chosen in one of the groups. We were so excited which is unusual to feel it in a tedious class. Turn back to the point, we studied so hard, made hundreds of research and learned a lot. As a result, we felt important, we had been designated with a task and our teachers expect us to accomplished this task. Everyone was wondering who will be the winner.
The second reason is that challenging tasks spark our ambitious of winning. Good teachers know from their experiences the life is formed with a full of winning and losing situations, so teacher make them ready (coach)for the hard circumstances in a relentless life. In example, during the college time assistant who is responsible for labor law class, set a little contest every beginning of the week. He generated a game in his computer, portrayed through the projector to have us to see. he was asking the questions in succession. moreover, time limit is the part of the game. Everyone livened up at those times and refresh their memory in order to get to questions right.
The third reason is obvious reason is that challenging task reveal(show up, relief) creativeness that conceal in student's mind. when teacher creates an environment draw children into the competition against each other or have them argue the subject with their own opinion gives them a chance to initiate their thoughts Moreover, the children will feel importance of being individual and proud of themselves. For example, once we were studying for a debate, one of our friends in the group come with a really good ideas. we were surprised by his ideas. Because, he never be the part of the discussion which makes us to think he was a quiet and faint student.
Taking all these into account, we may reach the conclusion that challenging task fortify children's development in school and well rounded teachers assigned children with this kind of task in order to encourage them to participate in class with an eager feeling and make them feel important. Therefore, they might be a prominent individuals as a part of the modern life which expect more harder tasks to be fulfilled without excuses.
