I think that there should always be a lifeguard at a pool,if there was not one at a pool what would happen?I think that because you could drown very quickly by falling in or losing oxygen. You might ask,” Well how could you lose oxygen while swimming?” You could be swimming and water could fill your lungs and you would lose oxygen. You could also fall into the pool if someone accidentally bumps into you and you might not be able to save yourself.This is when the lifeguard comes in because people are usually not paying much attention.
Another reason is you could get seriously injured or drown.
