An example of a comic strip is Dilbert by Scott Adams which originally revolved around Dilbert and the pet he had dog Dogbert in his home. Most of the plots were around his nature of being an engineer and also his bizarre inventions. They were other plots which were based on Dogbert’s megalomaniacal ambitions. Its principal focus was how employees are treated in the organization by their superiors (Adams 1989). Adams Scott uses criticism, parody, and symbolism to show how employees are represented and treated in the organization.
Later on, the location was moved to Dilbert’s place of work, and hence the strip started to satirize technology, workplace, and the company issues. The biggest success for this comic strip
