Introduction
We know that we are living in a global world. People of difference cultures find themselves working together and communicating more and more. What is culture? Culture is the collective programming of the mind that distinguishes the members of one group or category of people from others according to. Societal cultures reside in values, in the sense of a broad tendencies to prefer certain states of affairs over other according to Hofstede, 2001,p5). And how can we understand the difference cultures?
After the deeply research in the 1970s, Dr Greet Hofstede, collected cultural data and thousands of interview about cultural dimension that help us to distinguish one culture from another. With a large database of cultural statistics, Hofstede found five cultural dimensions:
Power distance dimension, Individualism and collectivism, Uncertain Avoid, Long-term orientation dimension.
The interacting with people from around the world without knowing much about them is a bit like bashing away blindly at a target. It is easy to go to an argument, conflict if people do not understanding each cultures. Therefore, understanding the cross-cultures in a global or multiple company or organization is extremely important to lead to an agreement.
The purpose of this research is about the cultures of Singapore, Australia and Vietnam.

Three cultures stand for the Eastern and Western cultures, the differences are exhibited in society, including the behaviors, attitudes, activities in family, social issues, and workplace.
