Similarities Between Romeo And Juliet And Pyramus

Have you ever read two books that are almost exactly the same? How about a book where the characters do almost the same things? Well in the book “Pyramus and Thisbe” they almost do the same things as the skit Romeo and Juliet. They have forbidden love, talk without their families knowing, and in the end die in each other's arms. They go through life struggles and disobey their whole family just to see each other.

They talk through a wall like Romeo and Juliet talk when their family doesn't know about them being in love. They forbid their parent’s and still talk with each other no matter what. Romeo runs away and Juliet kills herself because she wants to be with Romeo instead of Paris. Thisbe runs away and then comes back then she sees him laying there bleeding and stabs herself with his sword full of blood on it.

Romeo and Juliet have a love for each other like Pyramus and Thisbe and would do anything to be together. They both stab themselves when their true love gets hurt and dies.
They both would risk their lives to be together no matter what problems it may cause and whatever risks it takes. Romeo kisses Juliet one last time and then kills himself with the last bit of poison. Thisbe finds Pyramus bleeding and she stabs herself with Pyramus dagger.
Pyramus thinks that Thisbe died because of a lioness and then stabs himself because he wants to be with her till death part. Thisbe being alive comes back to the tomb to be with her love only to find Pyramus. She rushes to he and sees he stabbed himself and is dying. Thisbe wants to be with Pyramus till death part also so she takes his bloody sword and stabs herself in the heart with it. Romeo and Juliet died also. Romeo thought she was dead so he bought poison and drank it to be with her. Juliet woke up saw what happened and took his dagger and stabbed herself while holding on to
