Similarities Between Tom Robinson And Boo Radley

Bob Radley and Tom Robinson come from different backgrounds. They both face similar stories of prejudice and unfair judgements. Boo and Tom face some of the same hardships throughout the novel. They are both good men who were put down because they were considered “different” than others in the town. Their actions were very much criticize. Boo Radley was punished by his father as a teenager, so if was put on lock down, as he became a man he was never seen out of his house. The people of the town assume he was different. They thought he was a bad person, as that was the way his dad had made him been symbolized. Tom Robinson was identified by what people of Maycomb said about him, what people thought he did. They were both viewed as dangerous people because of what they had been accused of. In reality they were both innocent. And at the end of the novel Scout thinks that hurting Boo Radley would be like “shooting a mockingbird”. They were just in the wrong place at the wrong time that is when assumptions are exchanged.
