There is not much to worry about, verse not being the only child. When there is more children, things are cut down. There is not many wants, with there being three kids, there is too many needs.From the descriptions of Tree-ear, he is a healthy person.He is able to go do things for Crane-man and many others.In other words, his body is good and he is being fed properly.On the other hand, Ruckel is not, he unfortunately had polio.Therefore, his body is not able to do as much as Tree-ear.“Orphans’ Lonely Beginnings Reveal How Parent Shape a Child’s Brain” states Ruckel responds better when beaten/abused.Ruckel has been beat so much, he is not use to not getting beat.On the other hand, Tree-ear does not get beat.He is loved and cared for.Tree-ear’s purpose is to care for Crane-man, he does everything for him.He makes sure everything he asks him to do is done correct and good.However, Ruckel does not, if he still had his family he would probably take the
