kindergarten that has a special program and professional teachers. Likewise, America has a experiment for the early learning. The government needs to improve this experiment. "The President will propose a series of new investments that will establish a continuum of high-quality early learning for a child – beginning at birth and continuing to age 5," said The White House Office of the Press Secretary (2013).
America focuses to improve their teacher's skills. American government made the programs to improve skills for teachers. "President Obama is directing the Department of Education to move forward on a plan to strengthen America’s teacher preparation programs," said The White House Office of the Press Secretary (2014). America has great plan for future teacher.According to Department of Education (2011),” In the next 10 years, 1.6 million new teachers will be needed to take the place of teachers who will retire. Many of these educators will pass through traditional teacher preparation programs. While there are many good teacher education programs in this country, far too many of the programs that prepare our teachers are inadequate. Improving these programs is essential to ensuring our nation's students receive the education they deserve.” likewise, Yemen later realized that teachers are key to improve education. Yemen’s minister of education created relationship with international organizations. Teachers take the training to improve their skills. Nasser Al-Sakkaf (2014) wrote, " Many international organizations, including the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), provide funding for training programs for Yemeni teachers under the supervision of the Education Ministry." Also, some embassies in yemen have the program that help teachers refine their skills. For example, embassy of the United States in yemen has great program calls Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant. Embassy of the United States in yemen(2014) says, “The U.S. Embassy in Sana’a is pleased to announce the opening of competition for the Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) Program for the academic year 2015. We encourage young teachers of English interested in improving their teaching skills and enhancing their knowledge of U.S. culture to consider applying to become an FLTA!”
Yemen and America have different higher education system and school bus.
Higher education system in America considers the best one in the world in 2015.
According to Academic Ranking of World Universities 2015, "most of the top 100 universities in the world are from America," (2015). In America, there are many institutions that care of higher education. According to The U.S. Department of State, "More than 4,500 accredited institutions make up U.S. higher education in the United States," (2016). Also, America has investment in higher education. Many countries send their students to America that students get the best education. For example the Saudi government sent a lot of students to America. In addition, higher education in the United States support researches and scientific experiments. In addition, Universities in United States compete for patents. The University of California (2015),” The University of California has been ranked first in the world among universities granted U.S. utility patents in 2014, according to a report released today (June 16) by the National Academy of Inventors (NAI) and the Intellectual Property Owners Association
(IPO).“ On the other hand, according to Classbase (2014), "There are a seventeen university in Yemen." Higher education in Yemen need to improve many things. They must build infrastructure that uses technology in the universities. Because there are conflicts in yemen, they do not have budget for science research. yemen times ( 2016) wrote,”The College of Science does not have an adequate budget and the labs are in a very bad state. There is also a shortfall of computers and other equipment needed to conduct experiments.” Also, most of universities do not have sophisticated lab and library. Higher education in Yemen does not support a research and experiments.
America has the school bus since 2006 because. is basic safety students. Every morning the school bus gets students from their house to their school. Also people and drivers respect school bus. There are rules for school bus. "The American School Bus Council was formed in 2006 to educate parents, school officials, lawmakers, and the public as a whole about the essential safety, environmental, and equal-access to education benefits of the iconic yellow school bus," said American School Bus Council (2006). However, Yemen has never had school bus. Students have hard time to get to their school. Many students get their school by walk up. In addition, some girls rent the small bus to reach their school.
In conclusion, Yemen and America share the nursery school and both countries aspire to improve their teacher's skills whereas America has a strong higher education and school bus, Yemen needs time to build higher education system and a school bus system. America must help Yemen to build education system, Both countries should sign agreements in various fields.
