Simon Cowell Bio
Simon Cowell is a very popular music executive, reality show judge, producer, philanthropist and an entrepreneur. He was born on 7th October 1959 in Lambeth, London, England to mother Julie Brett and father Eric Sekig Phillip Cowell. As per Simon Cowell's bio obtained in Wikipedia, his mother was a ballet dancer and socialite whereas his father was associated with the music industry and was working as an estate agent developer as well. Simon Cowell is famous for his world popular television shows like The X Factor, Britain's Got Talent, American Idol, and The You Generation. He has three half-brothers namely Tony, John and Michael Cowell, a half-sister, June Cowell and a younger brother, Nicholas Cowell. He completed his school education from Radlett Preparatory School and later attended Dover College for higher education. But due to multiple circumstances, he couldn't continue his college studies and dropped out soon. Before making it big in the entertainment industry, Simon Cowell took on menial jobs to earn a living. He worked as a runner, mail boy and much more until he formed a music recording company named Fanfare Records which produced many hits but later because of degrading financial condition of the company, it was bankrupt. Then, he took up a job as A&R consultant with BMG and resumed his career in the music industry. The song "Unchained Melody" produced by the company hit the top of the charts and Simon Cowell earned his first million. Since then, he hasn't looked back again. The rise of Simon Cowell as a music mogul is history.
