2. Eucalyptus Oil

4. Olive Oil
B. Method
1. Boil the Cacao leaves.
2. Crush the garlic using mortar and pestle then distill it afterwards.
3. Mix the boiled cacao leaves, the distilled garlic, the eucalyptus oil and the olive oil and put it in a spray bottle. There you have it, you’re all-natural, environment-friendly insect repellent.

A. Background of the Study
Studies have shown that chemical pesticides linger in the atmosphere, the ground and in our waterways long after they have ceased to be used in a given area. Almost 100 years of chemicals placed on fields across the world all add up to quite a bit of lingering pollution!
In addition to helping improve the environment and decreasing the chances of accelerated disease in your family, going organic can provide mental and physical benefits and long-term money-savings. We can make an all-natural insect repellent which is affordable and environment friendly. Through research we found out that there are different kinds of natural repellents and this experiment was the one we chose because of its benefits.

B. Statement of the Project/Objectives
• General Objective
As a human being who needs oxygen for breathing in order to live, we would like to help decrease air pollution in the surroundings.
• Specific Objective
Insects found in our houses namely cockroaches, spiders and ants are a big nuisance and disturbance to our human lives. Having an all-natural insect repellent may help to get rid of them.
• Significance of the Study
We did not just help ourselves but we can also help others and most especially we can help save Mother
