Strengths:
Targeted Market: Initially S will focus on small businesses within the South Asian community of Greater Toronto Area, giving it a unique opportunity to provide exceptional support in trying to gain client’s trust and establishing brand recognition.
Location: SKBS will be well situated in Greater Toronto Area with a sizeable and increasing South Asian population.
Minimal Capital Required: Little capital funding is required for initial startup. Leasing of rack from a local colocation facility and storage unit costs will be invested by the owner negating the need to secure outside funding.
Weakness
Limited Capital: Although initially limited capital is required in starting the business, with increasing clientele, outside funding may be required to establish SKBS’s own data center facility.

Limited Brand Recognition: In its infancy SKBS will not have any brand recognition and it is critical for the owner to provide exceptional support in attempting to gain its client trust.
Opportunities
Shifting trend towards cloud: Cloud and online storage are poised for growth as cloud technology become mainstream. SKBS could benefit from this trend by maximizing its potential growth in the target market.
Expanding Target Market: With ever increasing South Asian demographic within the Greater Toronto Area, the target market set poised to offer greater opportunity for foreseeable future.
