Sure you have heard of Skechers’ shoes the Shape-ups, and you have heard all the wonderful things they will do. Did you hear any of the bad things they will do? Well this will give you the benefits to buying these shoes and the bad things that could occur when buying the Shape-ups.
Skechers came up with a totally new design of shoes. They are supposed to help you lose weight and strengthen your back, abdoman, butt, and calf muscles. “Helps to maximize calorie burn, improve circulation, and strengthen muscles” says Skechers. The unique curve on the bottom of the Shape-ups shoes is supposed to force you to balance on your feet causing you to strengthen and tighten muscles.
