Interpersonal Skills-
I have been working In the food and Hospitality industry for past two years. Working with Colleagues and Customers is an important part of the job. Customer relations and interpersonal skills are the two most important skills that a person working in that industry will need to know about. Customer relations techniques include a number of skills, such as effective verbal and non-verbal communication, ability to ask relative questions, to be attentive, problem-solving and decision making skills. Customer relations involve understanding the needs of customer, providing appropriate service, and handling complaints and feedback.

All I know was How to connect one computer to Another, Technical aspects of a computer ex. CPU, ALU. I could design a very basic web page and I had a little knowledge of photoshop but I think this very basic stuff was more than enogh to do the job. the skills I learned was How to be a good time photo editor, and cost effective. how to sharp my photoshop skills by editing tons of photos (sign) at workplace.
Research Skills-
As I have been working in food industry for past 2 years I have devoloped this skill, and I have improved it over the time. but when I worked in IT Sector which was out my comfort zone I had to refubrished my Research skill because this sector is totally diffrent from food industry and keep getting change constatly, working in IT sector I devolped this skill by deeply looking in the IT industry and coming up with new ideas, which worked some times so it really helped me to improve my Research skills.
