Thanks for participating in the week’s discussion. Truly we are left with a small information to solve a huge problem in case scenario #4. I must say in most cases, the challenges in the real word looks similar. Therefore, as an advanced nurse practitioners we should strive to obtain a thorough menstrual, medical, and family history to prevent misdiagnosis. Ideally, menarches start at age 12 years and four months, and secondary amenorrhea should be suspected from performing strenuous exercise (athlete’s amenorrhea), anorexia, bulimia, pituitary lesions, or hereditary conditions (Fenstermacher &Hudson, 2016). In addition, pregnancy should be ruled out although her sexual lifestyle was not documented, and no drug history. However, patient’s height…
Rockfalls are a very dangerous phenomenon. In class we learned that anything that is not at a 30 degree angle or less is unstable, and will tend to fall. This is how rocks and any type of earth falls. At the Yosemite National park, there is a crack in a cliff that measures 19 meters long, that is a little over 62 feet long. This crack fluctuates in width by about a centimeter from day to day. The widest the crack ever has gotten is 12 centimeters. Scientist can measure this width by using a device that is anchored to both sides of the crack. As the crack moves the device will measure the movement.…

Much research was conducted looking into the economic, ecological, and personal aspects of the eruption. Mount St. Helens proves to be a memorable landmark to all Americans and still a source of fascination today for a variety of persons.…
In order for a printed article to be useful it must meet certain criteria for reliable source and based on factual information. If a newspaper declares that we are in a state of some type of emergency, it must be based on expert’s facts and non-bias. During any type of disaster situation-having knowledge in order to proceed is one of the best and most practical uses of the printed world. While the use of the Internet and television has become increasingly beneficial, it becomes useless in an emergency if power is lost. If the information is deemed reliable then the press can be a powerful source of useful information, and can save lives.…
On May 18th, 1980, in Washington State, the volcano, Mount St. Helens erupted. This eruption caused widespread terror throughout the towns surrounding the mountain. The magma from the volcano burned up the forest and killed most of the animals in the area. It affected the wildlife greatly because, after the eruption, the ecosystem was burned and smoldered thus killing thousands of animals in the region. This eruption was the deadliest of all the volcanic activity in the United States, and the people who live near the mountain are still affected by what the eruption did to this day.…
Compensation packages are determined by organizations of the type of business the business conducts. Compensation packages can consist of financial and non-financial systems like reward programs or some would call it perks and benefits. There could be areas of interested if the competitors are starting the base pay the plan for compensation would be to start a slight bit higher or even offer more of a benefit package with health care, retirement plan, and employee perks.…
Plea bargaining is a commonly used prosecutorial method to dispose of a case without going to trial. A plea bargain or negotiated plea is an agreement between the defense and the prosecutor in which a defendant pleads guilty to a criminal charge and in exchange he expects to receive some form of consideration from the state. (Neubauer, 2002, p. 323) Most cases never make it to trial, more than 80 percent of criminal cases filed ended with the defendant entering a guilty plea. (Fagin, 2003, p. 61)…
