Small Dog Conflict

The concept from the textbook that I select is conflict, I have not journaled about this concept, this is the common phenomenon appear in the small group communication. When we make the video, the conflict between Justin and I. The causes of conflict are perception and procedural expectations. The difference in perspective results in differing attitudes, beliefs, and values to cause the conflict. For example, our group video time is 5 minutes. I suggest make the time of the video more than 5 mintues. The purpose of this video is let people know the animal need us and appeal to people take care of their pets. Our group start contact with the animal shelters in Lafayette. There are Almost Home and Natalie’s Second Chance. We think this video is important and meaningful. Because it maybe can save animal’s life. In society, many people like to have a dog to be their pet. Therefore, we also have many stray dogs. Street dog overpopulation can cause problems for the societies in which they live. The result of stray dog is too bad.
