There are both positive and negative aspects of life in a small town. Positive things include not as many crimes and availability to hunt. Negative things include gossip and hunting accidents. So living in a small town sounds fun, but it comes with a few consequences. One positive aspect of life in a small town is that the crime rate is low. With a low crime rate, the less people are getting hurt, and the less crimes that are being committed. There are also not as many drug busts in smaller towns. Smaller towns seem to have an influence on towns all across the globe because of the low crime rate. Crime rate is a major role in people trying to find homes. A low crime rate is a positive aspect of life in a small town. Another positive
aspect of life in a small town is the availability to hunt. In small towns, there is a higher percentage of hunters in the area than in larger towns. Hunters like smaller towns because it gives them easier access to the woods. Woods are a major key factor when it comes to hunting because without the woods, how are the hunters going to be able to hide from the animals? Hunters need the woods for camouflage to help them hunt game for food, fur, or for selling. Hunting is another key positive aspect of life in a small town. With the positive things in a small town comes with negative things also.
One negative aspect of life in a small town is all the gossip that goes around the town. With gossip in a small town, the rumor can spread to everybody within a matter of hours or days. Gossip is very bad to do anyway, but with a small town, it gets very boring very fast. With gossip around, there will always be a talk of the town. Gossip is a very negative aspect of life in a small town. Another negative aspect of life in a small town is the rising of hunting accidents. It was said that is is a good aspect to have better access to hunting in small towns, but that comes with a price. When someone is hunting in the woods and he sees or hears something and shoots in that direction, he will not know what he is shooting at until he gets to go collect what he shot. It is also bad because the hunters are wearing camouflage so they will not know that they are in their field of vision until after the shot has been taken. Hunting accidents is a very bad aspect of living in a small town. There are both positive and negative aspects of life in a small town.
