Goal setting is not something I do naturally. However, I’ve adopted it to help manage a Dermatology practice. Honestly, while I was getting the smart and focus two assignment done I imagined myself setting up different types of goals and not achieving any of them. To use goal setting a clear realistic goal needs to be set. "SMART" goals are the way to having great goals. S stands for specific as in the goal is detailed and will help you reach something you want to happen.
