Smartphones for upper management
Our company in order to save money will allow all employees to have a smartphone. We will be issuing these in priority order staring with the ten senior managers and then the one hundred employees who need an upgrade and then the fifteen new employees will receive one once their training is finished.
The Scope of the Project
The project scope for this project is the cost development, incorporation of companywide smartphones, and the deadline. The deadline for this project should be about two weeks to put 135 phones on the company plan.
The Stakeholders
The stakeholders for this project are the company itself, project management team, and all employees companywide. The goal of the stakeholder in this project is to save the company money both short and long term.

Focus: Integrate Companywide Smartphones

WBS-Tools and Techniques
The goal of this project is to arrange for all employees to have a smartphone. Guidelines of this project are to save money and before a deadline of two-four weeks. The project management team will work as quickly as possible to gather estimates from various cell phone providers. Once all the estimates are completed we will recommend and wait for a final decision and the go ahead. We will also try and be under budget and meet or beat the deadline of two weeks.
The tools for this project are the smartphones themselves, and getting the newest technology available. The techniques are training and professionalism throughout the project. The project management team will set up training for all employees who may need it by appointment only.
Milestones
There are not many milestones for this project since it is fairly short term project. Get estimates, turn in estimates, wait for the go ahead, and finally issuing the smartphones and training.
