I have found that the website I chose to visit follows the rules of FTC privacy to some extent but not 100%. As far as the FTC behavioral targeting is concerned, It also implements the targeting criterion. Sometimes it tracks on the basis of your searches about your interest and some other times it suggest random ads.
I think that most of the users who are tracked by this FTC behavioral targeting, never know this reality that they are being tracked. And they never want to be.
Most people use internet just for their jobs, to make searches according to their own interest and would like to have a right to their privacy. Therefore, it is ethically wrong to track anyone without informing them or without anyone's permission.

I claim a right to privacy because it's the one of the basic rights because no one want to being tracked, followed and surveyed. There are so many rules and regulations for the privacy as the basic rights But unfortunately our legal systems are failed to provide this
