One of the restaurants is called “Snap Kitchen”. HRC is creating a storm in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) segment by producing better products than its competitors at a relatively low price. The concept of Snap Kitchen’s was discovered in the kitchen of the owner and president of Hardcastle Restaurants Corporation. The main goal of the HRC owner was to provide great food to customers in a clean, urban environment, and also at a reasonable price. The owner began his struggle by selling sandwiches and soups in 2007 as a sole proprietor in Kansas City. The finance was secured in November of 2013, and the company began its franchising operations in mid 2014. Snap Kitchen now boasts 56 restaurants under its belt in 15 states.
