Snap Kitchen Marketing Plan
Snap Kitchen is a franchise restaurant which is specializes for providing its customers a fresher option to typically fried fast-foods with the convenience of fast-food and rapid response times.
Snap Kitchen is a brand of the franchisor Hardcastle Restaurants Corporation (also referred to as HRC). Last year, sales of HRC topped $8,000,000 for the rapidly growing organisation. The Snap Kitchen chain is positioned in between the traditional fast-food restaurants and the famous sit-down restaurants. According to one of the research data, customers lying within this market segment are more cautious about the health benefits of their eating habits, and they are willing to pay extra for a better fast-food option when compared to the general people. One of the restaurants is called “Snap Kitchen”. HRC is creating a storm in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) segment by producing better products than its competitors at a relatively low price. The concept of Snap Kitchen’s was discovered in the kitchen of the owner and president of Hardcastle Restaurants Corporation. The main goal of the HRC owner was to provide great food to customers in a clean, urban environment, and also at a reasonable price. The owner began his struggle by selling sandwiches and soups in 2007 as a sole proprietor in Kansas City. The finance was secured in November of 2013, and the company began its franchising operations in mid 2014. Snap Kitchen now boasts 56 restaurants under its belt in 15 states.

Mission Statement
The mission of Snap Kitchen is to provide people high-quality, healthy fast-food at a reasonable price. We also pledge to provide seating areas to customers that are clean with a location where the ambiance is pleasing to the senses overall.
