Snatch Theft
Next point is,individu must avoid themself from go out at night especially when you are alone. This is because the snatch theft will have a big chance to snatch at night. At night, there will be no people walk and go out. So,there are no one can help the victims when they are being snatch.

The other solution is come from the society. The society is including the role of school, public, family members and other that related. The school can also help to reduce the number of snatch theft. This is because the school can give a speech to the students on how they can prevent themself from being a target of the snatch theft and how to protect themself if they be a victims. For example, the school can invite someone that can give a speech about the dangerous of snatch theft.Other than that, teachers also can advice the students to be aware at anytime and anywhere. If the students get the information early, they can be aware of the snatch theft and also can share the onformation with their friends and family.Teenagers also must be aware about the snatch theft because there is a case that the snatch theft grab the handphone when the victim is using it for messaging or calling. This is because the victims do not alert to their surrounding. So,for me it is important for the studnts to know about the snatch theft and be careful all the time.

I am your typical pseudo intellectual liberal, but don’t get me wrong pop culture does not turn me off. Mention the Kardashians and I won’t run away in disgust, roll my eyes, or give you the side eye. My google searches range from ‘Is twerking a good exercise?’ to ‘What is Putin’s economic/political interest in Syria?’. I don’t find Woody Allen films boring and I don’t think Sharknado is trash. I will argue with any film snob about why the entire Shrek series is more profound than de Sica’s The Bicycle Thief. As you can see I am all over the place as far as my interests, but the most is race. This topic turns off many people and perhaps you’ll read many personal statements about the struggle of being a minority in America, but my story is not that of roadblocks and discrimination but that of enlightenment. Like many of my fellow white passing Hispanics I have used my light complexion to shield myself from racism and my culture.…

First of all, when I was a student in high school, there many students were bringing their phones with them inside school. Even though, bringing phones in school was not allowed, the students did not care so much about it. As a result of that, the administration of the school became so strict about this issue. For example, I remember the administration had issued some procedures to stop students from bringing their phones at school time so at the beginning of school time in the morning, there teachers, who were standing at the entrance of school, were inspecting students to make sure that they do not bring their phones during school time. Even though, the rigor of the administration in this issue was strict, there still students were bringing their phones. For example, during class time, there were two students, who had been caught while using their phones during class, said that they could not stay away from their phones even for a secant, and also they mentioned that they sometime slept while their phones were on and next them. All in all, this issue could be a hundred percent fixed because many of teen students are really addicted and hardly to be fixed.…

One of the biggest overlooked damages of stealing is the negative effect it has upon the economy. The original items being stolen are being priced high because stores have to make up for their economic deficits from shoplifters. If shoplifting stopped in the first place, then shoplifters would not even have the motive to steal items because of their price. This alone could significantly reduce shoplifters if the facts were better known. Also when items are stolen, it significantly hurts the stores profit. Stealing is damaging enough to actually force stores into foreclosure. When there are fewer stores open, then prices will rise when there is no business competition. Without competition, businesses will raise their prices knowing they are the only ones with certain products. This hurts the whole community who will have to pay more money for items and these are customers who don’t illegally steal. When stores are shutdown, jobs are also lost. This is both economically and morally painful. Selfish acts of larceny are causing hard working citizens to loose jobs and suffer.…

Imagine yourself sitting in a store resting after a long day of shopping, and the next thing you know is an innocent person is being hit in front of you and others; ten minutes pass and the person is still being beaten now you may be asking yourself “Why are people not doing nothing about this?” but the real question is “Why have you not tried to stop it or call 911?”. In the two articles, “Gang Rape Raises Questions About Bystanders’ Role”, by Stephanie Chen, “The Nuremberg Trials”, and the novel Night by Elie Wiesel show how bystander apathy and obedience to authority effect the way a human being reacts to an emergency. But a person’s responsibility when another’s human rights are being violated should be to help stop it before it becomes…

Vittorio De Sica’s The Bicycle Thieves is a simple story set amidst a post-war Rome. It is a neorealist film characterized by setting the story amongst the poor and working class. The film surrounds the difficult economical and moral conditions of post WWII Italy, reflecting the conditions of everyday life: Poverty and desperation, with the implicit message that in a better society, wealth would be more evenly distributed. The plot is simple, surrounding a man, his son and a bicycle. The film tells a story of Antonio Ricci, an unemployed worker who finally gets a job to paste advertisements in the city of Rome. To keep this job, he must have a bicycle, in which his wife, Maria had to pawn their bed linens to get money to redeem their bicycle. However, early in the film, the bicycle is stolen while Antonio is at work and so the remainder of the film is spend on showing he and his son, Bruno attempting to search for it.…

Shoplifting is a major problem in today life. The temptation of not paying for something, just hiding it away and saving your own money is a large factor for some people. The culprit just thinks he's getting a product for free and doesn't know what he's actually doing to himself and the community. Shoplifting effects everyone, yourself and the everyone in the local neighborhood.

In this essay I'm going to explain some of the circumstances of stealing from local stores, or any store. After I've been caught stealing I found out how wrong it is and how it is a disadvantage to everyone. The stores are tying to crack down on shoplifters by making the punishments as strict as possible.

Shoplifting effects the community in a big way. The stores get about three cents per every dollar purchased for an item. So if you figure that they don't make a whole lot of money out of profit. Every shoplifter that takes a product also is taking the product, which costs money by the store so that is also a set back and puts them more in dept. Some stores might even closed down because of shoplifters making the store go bankrupt.

The stores usually raise there prices and then causes more shoplifting, but the people that don't shoplift just end up having to pay more for the product or else go somewhere else to shop. If the customer goes to a different store because of the rising prices the store will also lose business therefore could cause them to go out of business if enough customers leave.

From shoplifting I've found out what happens to the stores and the people that keep trying to get five finger discount on products. If you do shoplift you feel immense humiliation and distrust from friends and family, and your own conscious is hurt if it isn't then there is something wrong with your feelings not to feel bad about stealing from stores. Every time you steal from stores they are set back that much money and might even have to fire someone that…
