Snc's Security Failure: A Case Study
Candidate Marcial displayed situational awareness by posting security prior to issuing her order, however the security detail failed to maintain an aggressive posture and SNC never corrected the candidate. SNC demonstrated an understanding of the five paragraph order and how the content should be presented by giving detailed instructions throughout the brief. SNC communicated clear and concise guidance within the tasking. The scheme of maneuver outlined what needed to be executed for mission accomplishment. With the team having a clear understanding of the mission they began with the initial plan, after a couple failed attempts SNC realized her plan wouldn’t work and quickly devised a new plan and communicated follow-on instructions.
