Snow White Research Paper

Once upon a time, there was a kingdom. People live happily in this kingdom, everyone was able to have enough food to eat and cloth to wear. However, the king and the queen did not have children after they married for ten years; therefore, all the children in the nation are favored by the king. It was a cold winter when the queen found out that she was pregnant. The queen was sewing by the window, looking out the window. It was snowing heavily. The queen made a wish: " My daughter's skin will be as white as snow, and I will name her Snow White." Ten months passed, Snow White was born. Her skin was as white as snow, her lip was as red as blood and her hair was as black as ebony. Several years passed, the king started to have a strange emotion
to his daughter. This emotion was not like the one between father and daughter; instead, it was like the one between man and woman. Finally, when Snow White reached twelve, the queen find the relationship between her husband and her daughter was not normal. She could not bear that anyone else should steal her husband and surpass her in beauty, especially her natural daughter. She had a magic mirror, and when she stood in front of it and looked at herself in it, and said, “looking-glass, looking-glass, on the wall, who in this land is the fairest of all.” The looking-glass answered, “ thou, o queen, art the fairest of all.
But more beautiful still is snow-white, as I ween.” The queen was shocked, she cannot hide her envy. From that hour, whenever she looked at snow-white, her heart heaved in her breast, she hated her daughter so much. And with the relationship between the king and Snow White grew more and more strange, she could neither eat nor sleep. Finally, she called a hunter, and told him: "Take Snow White into the forest, kill her, and bring me back her lung and liver." The huntsman obeyed, and took Snow White away to the forest. Just as he was about to kill her, Snow White begged him: " Please let me go, good hunter. I will never go back to the kingdom again." The hunter was blinded by the beauty of Snow White, so he said: " Snow White, run away, and never come back again." And as a young bear just running by, he kill it, and cut out its lung and liver and gave them to the queen. "Well done, hunter. I will give you money and gold as a reward for you killed Snow White." The queen then told the cooks to used these liver and lung to provide a delicious meal for
her. But now Snow White was alone in the forest, she was terrified and confused. She began to run, and ran over sharp stones and through thorns. Suddenly, a wild beast ran past her and killed her, dismembering her body cruelly. When it was quite dark seven dwarfs, who dug and delved in the mountains for ore, came back from work. They did not get much ore today so they were thinking out hunting some wild animals in the forest. They lit their seven candles, and as it was now light within the way. They saw a dead animal in the woods and its skin was as white as snow. One of them suggested: " Let us carry it home and have it as our dinner."
