Executive Summary
This project is inspired by our Consumer Behavior case study regarding data mining and data processes which focus on Point of Sales (POS) system where data will be captured from the consumer. From the data captured, it will be analyzed and the result will be used for business improvement from the effectiveness and efficiency view. From single POS system, we try to diversify the system into a larger scope where it covers all system in our groceries store and create Point of Service. From a single point, it grows become a system which can be implemented in our business model through several business process.
1.0 PURPOSE OF THE PAPER
The purpose of this paper is to present group proposal regarding the Strategic Direction of SAFA Mart Enterprise Sdn Bhd, which is the new set up company, and also to recommend the suitable operational process in order to achieve company strategic objective.
The current increasing pace of IT-driven technology evolutions changes the world more rapidly and more globally than ever before, socially as well as technologically. A design-to-change strategy is key to guarantee business continuity - or even business survival - in the current era of exponential rapidly and continuously changing contexts and enforcing compliancy regulations.
