Social Care Reflection

This week, I met with Erickson Advantage provider group, who have been serving the needs of Erickson residents for over twelve years. They manage resident’s healthcare needs and assist in coordinating care around any acute events that may happen to provide support for elders in managing their health conditions to answer any questions about bills and much more.

They gave me two projects, which i thought would be easy, however soon came to find out how challenging it really is. One of the project I was given is to make a spreadsheet on Excel and research all the health insurance plans of the sixteen location sites we have in United States and put all together of what is the monthly premium, the benefits, total cost and much more.
