Social Classes In S. E. Hinton Ponyboy's The Outsiders
People always say everybody is equal. If this statement is true why do we act as if we are either insignificant or superior when contrasted with our peers? I was once if there are social classes in our town of Stirling. As I pondered this question I struggled to come up with a valid answer for quite some time. It was when I realized that everybody has their own opinion based on their perspective, or in other words Everybody views their peers differently. For example in the book “The Outsiders” written by S.E Hinton Ponyboy probably views the socs girls differently than the other members of his gang. In conclusion I believe that your perspective determines your social class.
