Caitlyn has half-sisters named Ashlyn that she sees on her visits with her father. Ms. Treat has a paramour whom she has been involved with for approximately six years. Mr. Johnson is currently married to Tammy Johnson. Ms. Treat has her GED and currently works at Vallo Floor Covering in Edwardsville. Mr. Johnson was involved in an ATV accident in October of 2015. Treat rated Caitlyn in the Clinically Significant range. Caitlyn’s T score on Anxiety is 80This suggest that her mother feels that Caitlyn displays an unusually high number of behaviors stemming from worry, nervousness, and/or fear. Caitlyn’s teacher rated her in the At-Risk range in Anxiety with a T score of 69. This was one point below the clinically significant range. There were four areas that that both the teacher and parent rated in the At-Risk range (Hyperactivity, Depression, Somatization, and Adaptability). Hyperactivity is defined as displaying a moderately high number of disruptive, impulsive, and uncontrolled behaviors. Depression is defined as at times being withdrawn, pessimistic, and/or sad. Somatization is defined as displaying several health-related concerns. When a serious health problem is not present, these concerns may be indications of underlying emotional worries. Adaptability is defined as takes longer to recover from difficult situations than most others her age. There were five areas Ms. Treat rated Caitlyn in the At-risk range (Aggression, Atypicality, Withdrawal, Attention Problems, and Activities of Daily Activity). Aggression is defined as sometimes displaying aggressive behaviors, such as being argumentative, defiant, and/or threatening to others. Atypicality is as defined engages in behaviors that are considered strange or odd, and she at times seems disconnected from her surroundings. Withdrawal is defined as seemingly alone, has difficulty making friends, and/or is sometimes unwilling to join group activities. Attention Problems is defined as difficulty maintaining necessary levels of attention at school. Activities of Daily is defined as difficulty performing simple daily tasks in a safe and efficient manner. Caitlyn’s teacher rated her At-Risk in the area of Study Skills.
