PROBLEM AND IT’S SETTING
Introduction
School is a vital part of development and should not be a place where children and young people are subject to discrimination, unfair treatment and left exposed to abuse or bullying.
Locale of the Study De La Carese Montessori, a fast growing institution for educating their student, follows the constitutional mandate of providing quality education. The study is conducted at the De La Carese Montessori School, located at Phase 1 Tokyo St. Golden City, Imus, Cavite.
Statement of the Problem This study sought to determine the effects of being discriminated inside or outside of the classroom in different aspects of High School students of De La Carese Montessori School.

Hypothesis Being discriminated inside or outside of the classroom, really affects the victim in her/his academic performances, social, and emotionally, etc.
Assumption
1. The respondents of De La Carese Montessori School, answered the questionnaires sincerely and truthfully.
