The Issues of Social Justice and Gender Justice in Sudan

Introduction:
Discussing the term gender justice is a complicated matter. because its part of a wider term which is social justice, and without knowing this term first we can’t understand gender justice, Since social justice is interrelated with economic and political aspects. in the first part of my essay, I am exploring the definitions and the background of the term social justice. this step will lead me to elaborate on the capitalism and neolibralism systems, as they reflect the related economic and political side of this topic, and to better understanding of the background of its emergence, also as an important sides to fully understand the importance of social justice as a key method to a good governance. Throughout this theories and concepts implementations, I tried to reflect them and their effect on a country case study, Sudan, so I can use the date and measures of development, as it’s implemented on reality to know the outcome of this theories and concepts. Also to highlight the absence of the social justice and gender justice from the frameworks and the minds of the governance. Social justice is considered to be the father of new born concept "gender justice". which is appearing nowadays by several ways, MDGs are one of this ways. these goals aimes to reconcile and balance the world map. and close the gap between men and women. The importance of this mechnism which came with goals socially directed like reducing poverty, education, gender equality, that they are being taking seriously by the national and international institutions and governments. Sudan is not performing will on them; I put some of the reasons and factors that make this country left behind on the achievement level of those goals. Finally, I tried to reflect that "the
