“Bad Effects of Social Networking”

Social networking and easy access Internet are now quite common people nowadays. It does not matter what kind of the profession is, social networks is used daily by people around the world. Even though today social networking is very famous among teenagers, it is also has bad effect on teenagers.
Social networking can affect the mental of teenagers. It gives influence to teenagers. For example, many couples have met each other through Facebook, fell in love and also broke up through this social network. Things are negatively affect relationship and real relationships are now replaced with online relationships. Furthermore, it is also make changes to the attitude of teenagers. It is can be proven by this, when they overused Facebook and Twitter, they become lazy to do something. They just ignore and just focus on the computer and all types of social networking. They are too obsessed to socialize in Facebook and Twitter until they forgot about the others in the real life and focus on virtual life.
Second, social networking can give bad condition to the health teenagers. They tend to skip their meal when all they do is sitting in front of the computer or any gadgets that they have, they forget to take their meal. Sometime, they just neglect about their meal. Frequent in skipping meals in college and its subsequent effects on the body, because it has been shown that meal frequency may have a beneficial effect on reading obesity on BMI. Besides, social network can also effects to the teenagers in bad condition of health. Too-long sitting in front of the computer can make them feel unhealthy, heavy eyestrain, headache, high chance of getting carpal tunnel syndrome, other bad effects of using computer. Carpal Tunnel syndrome is the pressure on the nerve and you feel numb in the wrist. When they always sit in front of the computer and get
