INTRODUCTION
Background of the study
Leaving in a province lessen the opportunity of the students to socialize. Sometimes when they are in a city, some would call them “probinsiyano” and “probinsiyana”. It is sometimes the reason why there are students who still can’t cope up with the new technologies, it unable themselves to be exposed in different views of life. It also does not give them enough opportunity to deal with other professionals. It is why their social skills do not develop.
