Social Problem Among Student

Teenagers are often exposed to all sorts of social problems, as teenage years are vulnerable years. Some of these problems include gangsterism, vandalism, alcoholism and young relationship among youths. However the most pressing problem involving teenagers nowadays is young relation among youths- dating. The term ‘dating’ refers to two teenagers that are having an intimate relationship with each other. Teenage dating can effect their study, religious belief and facing financial constraints.

When a teenager is having a relationship, he might and tend to change his priority where education should be his first. They will neglect their studies just to please their partner. At the end of the day, their grade will be a flunk if they keep on doing this. Teenagers are more interested in having a relationship, which they think it is a cool thing to do just like in the television, besides sitting down and finishing their assignments or study. In order to abolish this problem, parents should take part in their children life. Besides that, the teenagers must know their intimacy limit with one another and do not ever leave education behind. In order to do so, they should be implemented these thoughts from their parents, starting at home, and then by their teachers, in school and hopefully they will practice this in their social life. A campaign based on this method should be done.

Secondly, dating will also affect a teenager’s religious belief. As mentioned earlier, teenage years are the most vulnerable years. They are easily seduced and influenced by what is around them; for example, movies and TV series. As a result, their righteousness has been clouded by their lust for one another. In any religion that has been established in this world, sex is prohibited and sex also will lead to miscarriage babies. In order to face this problem, parents should take part again and watch their children movement at all time. Take serious action whenever their children cross the line. Religion teaching should also be taught since their childhood days.

Finally, dating also will cause financial constraints. This is because they will spend and spend and spend just to make the opposite sex amused by their pocket’s size. Parents give money to teenagers to spend on wise things not to spend on their partner. As a result after spending so much money, they will force their parents to give more and if that doesn’t work, they will most likely steal money from their parents’ wallet. In order to abolish this problem, teenagers should know that their parents are working off their feet just to satisfy their children. It is improper for them to collect money and spend on someone else. They should spend their money wisely and in order to do so, a campaign should be done.

Overall, there are many negative effects of having a relationship during the teenage years. This bad behavior should be taken care of before it gets worse. It will also be difficult for teenagers that are having a relationship to leave their partner behind. Therefore, it is vital that parents, schools and the government make a concerted effort to curb this problem. It is possible to do so if everyone takes on the responsibility of making adolescent life more fun and meaningful for teenagers.
