Two students created a social media campaign, to combat negative stereotypes associated with the university. The social media campaign eventually developed into a new student organization on campus. The two students now function as leaders of the organization. As leaders they direct the focus of the group, handle group operations, and provide guidance to the group as a whole. Thus these students illustrate the impact of individuals, specifically leaders on the entire group.
