Introduction
This s.b.a am doing deals with teenage pregnancy in the community of Boca st.george’s. it is located about 25 miles from the town of st.George’s with a population of about 300. It is my duty to conduct a survey and do additional research on the cause and the effect of teenage pregnancy in this community.

My research is to help understand the cause and effect or teenage pregnancy in the community and to stop the socio-economic stigma that it brings to these young girls. And also it will help to heighten the awareness of teens out there who are not pregnant as yet of the dilemma and distress and to protect themselves from getting pregnant.

Interpretation of data
What interpreted from the survey is that over the year’s teenage pregnancy. Has swept its filthy claw on the young female inhabitants of the Boca community ,the cause of this disaster is yet to found even after years of studies and campaigning the rate of teenage pregnancy is still rising. This has been going on since the beginning of times and is still going on. the questions still remain
-What are the causes of teenage pregnancy?
-How do we in the society plan on helping the teenagers who have yet to fall prey to teenage pregnancy?
-What can be done to prevent teenage pregnancy?
-Why is it so rampant in these communities and the world on a whole?
-Is there any effect on teenagers while becoming pregnant?

Thirty questionnaires were distributed though out the village of Boca. Out of the thirty [30], twenty five [25] were received back and i have yet to find the true cause of teenage pregnancy and why it’s so rampant.

FINDING
1. Teenage pregnancy has a negative effect on both parent and off spring
2. If pregnancy occurs in the early teens (13-15) the health of the mother is at risk.
3. Teenage pregnancy is a social problem and should receive urgent attention.
