Also, I would give them the chart of strength, interest, and learn needs. I would let them do an assessment on their selves so I know where we have to work at. I would create a chart about strength, interest, and learning needs on a chart that way I can monitor my students who have the problem with the assignment. Formative Assessment would be consisting of monitoring our students to see if they know the assignment without the assist from their teacher anyway. Making sure that I give them pop-quiz every day until they know what is going on.
