An alternative light bulb which is designed to lessen the consumption of electricity
Florescent light bulbs are oftenly used for light in houses
But sometimes the light bulb became wrought and because we think electricity is too expensive,
We create an alternative light bulb using everyday materials.
In this experiment, we will try to replace light bulbs with alternatives and cheaper replacements.
In this investigatory project the group will try to make a plastic bottle light bulb.
Statement of study/problem
Today, many of us are having difficulties due to the uncontrollable blackout in the affected area. However, we can have light bulbs without the use of electricity.
Due to the problem, researchers formulated the following question to serve as guidelines in doing this research.
This investigatory project is concentrated on comparing the affectivity of solar powered light made from 3 different brands of bleach available in the market.
Specifically, it is sought to answer the following question:
1. Can we use plastic bottles to make an alternative light bulb?
2. Is it as good as the electric light bulb?
3. Is it cheaper than the light bulbs nowadays?
4. What describes the solar powered light in terms of:
a)intensity of light
b) Duration of light
Significance of the study
• To lessen the consumption of electricity and to recycle plastic materials to make it more useful and to use alternatives using everyday materials which are easy to find
