Use specific reasons and examples to support your choice.

I would choose to get up early in the morning. According to me, getting up early is a good routine, because it is good for body and mind health and is easy to take care of daily works.

Primarily, everyone knows that getting up early is a very good routine for human health. You can enjoy the cool air in the early morning, and also you can get a good night sleep during the silent midnight time. Furthermore, if you get up early, before go to work, you till now have sufficient time to do some training, such as walking, running and jogging. Without doubt, all of the trainings do assist your health.

By getting up early in the morning you can enjoy a lot of good things that nature offers. Such as, you can smell some of flower, listen birds tweets. By the way, these can brush up our brains and rapidly get ready for the day's work.

We can instantly condense in the job, and solve the issues with much more performance. For example, when I was in high school, I usually got up early in the morning everyday to go over my lectures and engross the courses that I would have that day. I found it was so effective and I memorized my study stuff so much. Contrariwise, people who get up late and go to bed late be disposed to leave all the day's work to the night, and tend to go to bed until the finish the day's work. This situation is not good. It is a bad living habit and also an ineffective way of working.

The other cause why I would like to get up early to start a day's work is because I confide in that it is well for people health. The body's cycle watches the nature: when the sun ascent, it is period to get up; when the sun decline, it is period to go to bed. Furthermore, by getting up early we can have time to do some training such as swimming, playing some sports and other activities, which will utility our health. Various researches show that most people who live a long lifetime get up early and go to sleep early.

So, finally getting up early in the morning to start a day's work is a brilliant choice for people rather than getting up late. Because, it is a benefit both people's jobs and health.

BEEEEP BEEEEP! The annoying alarm clock pulsates through my head yet again. It is 7 A.M. on another miserable Monday morning. All I want to do is catapult my alarm across the room, roll over, and fall back into a deep, satisfying slumber.
