STATEMENT OF PURPOSE “Right key unlocks the toughest lock”
Having learnt from the past, I live in the present with an eye on the future. My foremost dream in life is to be acknowledged and congratulated for my academic achievements. This desire is the main motivation in me wanting to pursue my masters at your esteemed university. I want to reach the zenith in Computing and Information Technology space. In this Ever-changing world of Computer Technology, where each new day sees a spate of new concepts and trends emerging, I want to stay on fast track. Masters degree at your university would not only provide me subject matter expertise but also thorough research oriented study would help me lay foundation for fulfilment of my dream.
I introduce myself as an undergraduate student specialized in Information Technology at Gitam University. It is here my dream of pursuing a career in Computer Science engineering originated. A leader knows the significance of present defeats for an astounding success in future. I learn by knowing, doing and I also learn from the challenges, obstacles and unrehearsed tasks. I try my best to foresee what the future is going to be, and what I need to do in order to succeed in that future. I not only have a vision but I complement it with planning and hard work. My friends say that I am an extrovert, good planner and creative in my activities and I also have a never-give-up attitude which helps me to achieve my goals invariably. I work hard and sincerely to achieve good grades, which is very evident from my consistent grades. At the same time I am not a student who concentrates on studies alone. Apart from having academic proficiency, I have participated actively in many extra-curricular activities like cultural, social service events and sports. I love sports, and I won district gold medal in roller skating in my school days and a bronze medal in badminton in interuniversity competitions in my undergraduate education. Being recognized

Over the next two years, I will be facing some of the biggest obstacles in my life. High school is considered some of the most important years of a student’s life. There, they decide what field they want to pursue and are taught what they need to know to succeed in their field. By the end of 11th grade, I hope to have a 3.8 GPA and have an ACT score between 34 and 36. I hope to have passed Allied health with flying colors, so that in my senior year I am able to find an internship in a great institution. I also hope to be certified in CPR so that I able to move quickly through college and school. By the end of senior year, I have set my goals that I keep a GPA of 3.8 or higher. I will work to achieving being a great President of HOSA and maintaining the other clubs I am a part of. Still, the most important part of senior year is college applications. By the end of first semester, my goal is to be a future student at the University of Michigan. Yet, I will try to apply to George Washington University, UNC Chapel Hill and University of Pennsylvania. I will apply to the Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of…

Back in high school, I had always been a shy and introverted person, refusing to step out of my comfort zone. However, seeking a career pass in business requires me to step out of my comfort zone and explore my potentials. Staying in the comfort zone and never experience new things and never try to understand the complexity of the world will never help me achieve my big, hairy, audacious goal. My big, hairy, audacious goal for now is to be financially independent, so my parents don’t have to work so hard to support me. Also, I want to be an accountant and work my way up to be a Chief Accounting Officer, and maybe start a company of my own. My big, hairy, audacious goal might not be as big, as hairy and as audacious as other people’s, but I am willing to prepare myself in order to achieve my goal. This year, I am going to join the University Finance Association, in which I can have a deeper understanding of finance, and Austin Meal Movement, which is an organization dedicated to raise money for charity. Through raising money to help the needy, I can improve myself while helping others. Also, I will continue to stay active in Asian Business Student Association, where I served at a committee member planning one of the largest philanthropic event, Feed Your Mind, on campus. Working and interact with different people from different background…

    Personal Philosophy

In this paper I will articulate my own philosophy to my success for years to come. I know that throughout my educational journey I will have many obstacles to face but eventually overcome in order to get closer to my goals. Also I acknowledge that learning new information is not going to be an easy task; but; one way that will help me with my learning abilities is relating the new information with previous information in every possible way as often as possible. Moreover, I will commit to show in my future tests and quizzes that I’m really capable in doing well. In the same vein, making wise choices such as staying at home studying and doing homework rather than going out and have fun will lead me to my success. If I want to achieve my goals I need to learn how to say no, for now education is my priority. Ever since I was a little boy, my mom used to tell me that I can be whoever I wish to be, as long as I go to school and really work hard. I am smart and I should not waste my passion for learning in something that will not take me anywhere. Furthermore, now that I am enrolled in college and have the opportunity that many does not, I feel compromise to show all the great things I can accomplish. Not to mention that I am motivated by my family, I have confidence on myself, I am focused, I am a hard working student; I know that I will do whatever it takes to accomplish my goal. In addition, I can now say that I became more organized with college, homework, and anything related with education. I have always been an organized student and I will continue to do so. Defiantly, playing video games and watch TV are activities that I do once I am done with important duties; it is a rule that I commit myself all the time so that I can follow the right direction towards my education. I know that college is nothing like High School where students usually get away with their responsibilities by doing sloppy work, skipping class and not doing the…

Although I don’t play three sports and do all the clubs my high school has to offer, one thing that I don’t have that sets me apart from other candidates is dedication. I would consider myself very dedicated. As a student, I am a very hard worker and put effort into all my assignments. I feel like it is an important characteristic to have when entering you next step in life. In my case that next step in life is college. As for dedication, I do my best whenever it comes to attendance and I hate to ever miss a day. I’ve heard stories where some students only come to class for three days, which is crazy. I get disappointed whenever I ever fail on anything, whether it be a school assignment or a small favor that my sister asked for.…

"In this world, you either have an excuse or a story. I prefer to have a story" is the personal goal I have set for myself. This reinforces my belief in taking responsibility for the decisions of my life. Being the son of a scientist at DRDO, India, I have been fascinated about research and development since my early school days. I understand the importance of an accurate and precise instrument, no matter how small or big it is and also the worthlessness of the same in context of even a single human life. I achieved All India 25th rank in CIPEL Science and Mathematics Olympiad during high school life. I was awarded scholarship from my school for academic excellence and all round performance in co-curricular activities like quizzing, debating, singing et cetera from my 6th grade right up to 10th standard. I did a project on Analysis of various Indian Missiles in 8th Standard which gave me an insight into various propellant systems and thus got me interested into exploring the vast arenas of science and technology. In my senior secondary school at DAV Chandrasekharpur, I participated in a State Level Chemistry Exhibition and won the second prize. We had demonstrated manufacturing procedure of bio-diesel from used vegetable oil in a cost effective way. After passing out with 80% marks I chose Institute of Technical Education and Research, Bhubaneswar to pursue my undergraduate studies. Though I was adept in C++ programming in senior secondary level, I chose Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering as my branch of studies to gain technical prowess in one of the most budding fields of research and development. I will, any day, rate practical skills far more important than theoretical know-how. Hence, as a fresher I was an active member of the college Robotics club and the Society of Automotive Engineers. As a sophomore, I represented my university at TECHFEST 2010 (IIT Bombay) and was awarded certificate of ‘Engineering Excellence’ in…

I had this goal before I entered the 10th standard, even though I don’t remember why I wanted to become one.
