Sould Prostitution be Legalized

Where there is good there is evil. Evil and immortality has been on earth since the beginning of time and it will continue to grow unless we stop them. Prostitution, “the world’s oldest profession” is one of them. Prostitution is when a person sells his/her body in exchange for money. Just by using moral judgment it can be seen that prostitution is in fact bad. Prostitution is bad for society and should not be legalized because it is a corrupt institution, it contains many dangers and it is religious immoral.

Prostitution should be abolished because corruption, exploitation and deception are the building blocks of prostitution. ”Men, women and children become a commercial enterprise.... It is an assault when he/she forces a prostitute to sadomasochistic sex scenes. When a pimp compels a prostitute to submit to sexual demands as a condition of employment, it is exploitation, sexual harassment or rape” (procon.org). Prostitution exploits people, they become commercial objects for use specially women and children. To force someone to submit to sex work is violation of human rights. “Sadomasochism” is taking sexual pleasure from hurting someone ex: rape. “The ILO report admits that most women ‘chose’ prostitution for economic reasons” (procon.org). Prostitution is not a choice, its desperation. Its either death or prostitution, it’s like a person murdering for money, not because he wants to kill the person but because he has no other choices left.
