ON SELF-DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS AND ITS IMPORTANCE

INTRODUCTION
Salutation
Assalamualaikum w.b.t and a very good morning to our beloved Executive Chairman Dato’Sri Mohd Kamil, CEO Encik Hamzah Salleh, Head of HR Puan Rogayah Malik and to all the young employees – a very warm welcome to you.
Ladies and gentlemen, I am greatly honoured to be given the opportunity to address our young this morning employees especially in the presence of our top management. Your presence, Dato’Sri will surely be a great motivation for all of us to even work harder.
Purpose of the Talk
Dato’Sri, allow me to address our young employees who have joined us recently. The topic of my speech this morning is about ‘self-development programs at Pelasari Sdn Bhd’. In addition, I will also try to offer some advice which I hope will motivate you to continually strive to seek and gain knowledge for personal development.

Before I go further allow me to introduce myself. My name is Tuan Mohd Zulkairi and I am the Training Manager for Pelasari Sdn Bhd. I have been with the company for 5 years now since joining as a
