Speech for the Fest
utsav ,2013 speech A very Good morning everyone present here. On behalf of AMBEDKAR POLYTECHNIC, Delhi , I am ATUL SHARMA I.T. 2nd year, welcome you all to the opening of CULTURAL FESTIVAL of our institution today, the 18th of February 2013. The title of this year’s festival is “UTSAV”2013.
This is an annual event that we organize to provide to our students a big platform to display their talents which cannot be exhibited in a classroom in the regular course of studies.
OUR INSTITUTION believes in the strong relationship between Academic studies and co-curricular activities which are required in building up of a strong personality and unshakeable character of a student.
In today’s function the participants are going to perform various items that they have been practicing and rehearsing for quite some time. We believe that during the time of rehearsal, they learn a lot of things such as Team Dynamics, Leadership, Discipline, Perseverance, etc. They also learn to express themselves from the core of their heart. These things boost up their self-confidence and help them to be better communicators.
The whole process leads them towards being better individuals ready to take up the reins of managing their country effectively. Hence it is our sincere effort to help our students in their academic and professional growth.
We would specially like to welcome our distinguished guests Dr.R.M. Garg & Mr. Brajesh Sharma, honourable PRINCIPAL, all the respected TEACHERS & STAFF and students, my friends who have come to participate in this event which I personally consider as a grand festival of education and culture.
WE further welcome all the students who are accompanying our participants to this ceremony.
