Quick Resolve is an intelligent diagnostic application that helps you to examine any network issues that you may be facing with your Reliance Broadband connection. Besides network diagnosis, Quick Resolve also helps you with browser management, system check, support code, diagnosis report and much more!

Diagnosis :
If you are facing trouble getting connected to your Reliance Broadband, simply check your connectivity status with Quick Resolve.
Ø the ‘Diagnosis’ tab on the window (displayed above). Click on Ø On clicking the same, the application will start diagnosing the issue.
Case 1 : The user may be asked to shift to dynamic IP Case 2 : The Ethernet wire may be unplugged. Case 3 : For any other issue, the application will generate a ‘Support Code’ with a brief report of the diagnosis. You can check the support code and report by clicking “contact us” tab. The application stores the last five diagnosis report and support code.

(temp files and temporary internet files) by clicking “Clean Up” .
Browser Settings :
You can set the homepage of selected browsers as www.reliancebroadband.co.in . Select at least one browser and click on “Set” button in front of green bar to set the homepage of selected browser.
