How many of you have ever played a sport in your life?
Regardless if it’s recreational, for your school or just messing around with a group of friends.
Any kind Injuries could happen in the following sports:
Football
Basketball
Hockey
Baseball
Soccer
Thesis: Injuries are a common thing an athletes life, when you think of sports you think of injuries such as concussions, broken bones, and torn muscles. You can only hope that nothing goes wrong for the person that is pursuing their life a sport.
But I’m going to briefly describe a few common injuries

3. Torn muscles
Concussions: Are brain injuries, usually caused by a hard impact to your head

Treatment
Symptoms: Headaches, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and a hard time maintaining balance. In some instances you can obtain blurred vision or double vision.
Long term effects: Once you’ve had one concussion you’re vulnerable to have another. You also can obtain brain damage and in severe cases you can get symptoms of the Parkinson disease or even Alzheimer’s.
Treatments: To receive physical and cognitive rest. Physical rest is sleeping and not doing physical activities. Cognitive rest is reducing your thinking; you can do this by spending less time on video games, texting, school and work. You’re also recommended to not drink alcohol or take drugs.
Transition: There are other injuries in sports other than concussions; the one that is most outstanding is a broken bone. Bones are broken occasionally playing contact sports.
Broken Bones: A bone that has a break in the continuity, meaning that it could be fractured due to high impact
