Speech ~ Treasurer

I will contribute the best way possible to the course of our development and progress. I believe that with some of my ideas we can expand our budget, be able to go on a great trip, and of course. I am definitely qualified for this job; both of my parents are accountants and throughout the years, I have accumulated a great knowledge on how to budget and handle money. If you elect me as treasurer, I will not spend a cent of class money on anything without consulting you because it is your money after all, and you should have say in where it goes. I would be there to organize it and make sure things happen the right way.
Just to let you know who I am and what I stand for: I am very dedicated to everything I do, whether it is in school or in my community. I like to take initiative and I constantly seek my chances towards leadership opportunities. This school has taught me the MAJOR significance of punctuality and responsibility. I am a team player and an individual player at the same time. New experiences interest me; as I like to learn new material and apply it to what goes on around me. Originality, ingenuity, aptitude, inspiration, and determination are part of my working technique. However, patience and endurance are my KEY QUALITIES to success. Giving up has simply never been a choice for me, nor will it ever be.
Together with the other officers, we will work as an unstoppable team with our objective being to best serve you. I really do think we can make next year a great one.
