Qualitative resources used were spinach leaves, plastic syringe, 2 250 mL beaker “one hot, one cold”, fluorescent circular lamp, 2% bicarbonate sodium, a hole punch, and thermometer using degrees Celsius for water temperature. One-person Prepared specimen plate with 40 hole-punched spinach leaves, before mixing it in the 250 ml beaker diluted water containing 2% sodium bi-carbonate, that is then poured in the syringe approximately at 20 ml. Did require two people to start when putting solutions into plastic syringe, holding it upright to execute oxygen and letting leaves fall to bottom surface, the leaves are then put back into the 250 ml beaker under the fluorescent light, timed until what did not float. Repeated same process for the next two trails but Prior to doing the experiment there were faults to be corrected for better
