Introduction “Sport management is a goal-oriented social process within a sport enterprise using pragmatic self-determined goals involving the selection of appropriate strategies and provisions for directing the work of the sport enterprise, and the control of performance in an effort to meet the objectives of the organization." (Parkhouse, 1996). Any sport organization have to have its goals achieved with the help of sport management that can organize all the staff of the sport enterprise and mobilize all its forces for achievement its goals. At the same time, simply to organize the work of a sport organization is not enough. It is necessary to control the fulfilment of the main tasks each department or even each person within the organization has to do. With the use of an Online Sports League Management System, overall coordinators will be relieved of the pressures and time constraint for the management of the league. Participants will be well coordinated about the league and will be updated of their team standings.

B. Background of the Study Sports league coordinators have been facing various problems with regards to managing a league. Such problems include: Late registrations due to location/distance issues. Incomplete data submitted by the participants. Tedious scheduling system. Conflicts on facility assignment. Inability to immediately update teams/participants about their schedules and team standings. Inaccessibility or unavailability of data that were needed immediately. Too much paper work. Currently, most of the sports leagues in the country are managed manually. The conventional procedure includes: manual registration which requires submitting hard copies of participants’ requirements. Once completed, coordinators will manually prepare the
