In the recent past, according to the market research organized and conducted by department of marketing, it was observed that more and more of our customers started to complain about our services.
With issues that were shown to our Customer Service department about problems with connecting our helpline, our newest telephone with wide screen that has a problem with quick drain of phone battery, problem about our subscriber that had been promised with six months cheap-rate calls to the US with had his service withdrawn without explanation and a customer with is worried about her health because of microwave radiation from mobile phones.
I’d like to recommend few improvements of our services for our customers like hiring a few more people to our helpline alas withdrawing stress form our employs, remodeling our newest cell phones batteries if it’s possible, writing on boxes that our phones don’t send any microwave radiations and a few more that I will send in monthly summary.
