It took many hours, but Fionn managed to reach the west coast of Tara. He gazed up at its vast cliffs. He grabbed all his supplies and sword and began to climb up the cliffs. He prayed that he wouldn’t fall or look down for even though he was a warrior, he was terrified of heights. But after a number of minutes, Fionn reached the top and what he saw next had his mouth hanging wide open in awe as he had his first look at the Squirrel Kingdom.
There stood an entire forest of the largest trees Fionn had ever seen. They were redwoods. They were so high that when Fionn gazed up at them, he almost fell on his head.
The young mouse took out the map of Tara and studied the area of the Squirrel Kingdom and the location he was at. But there was something that Fionn thought to be unusual. Where were all the towns and villages of the Squirrel kingdom? They were nowhere on the map. But Fionn put the map back into his backpack. He took a long stare at the deep, dark forest and then he turned back to look at the sea. There was no going back now. He entered into the Squirrel Kingdom.

But Fionn knew there was nothing he could do right now so he decided to set up camp. Cael had taught Fionn gave him much wisdom, not just how to be a warrior, but how to set up camp and cook. Fionn knew how to make up a tent, gather firewood and cook a nice meal. He started cooking five-ingredient soup with some vegetables he had in his backpack. With his tent set up and sitting against one of the redwoods by the fire and cooking his soup, Fionn relaxed and started to realize that being in the forest was rather peaceful rather than lonely.
