AND PRESENTATION NOTES St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital is a pediatric cancer hospital that cares for sick children and their families. St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital also assists the general public with information and research on the latest testing and research available on these childhood diseases and help that can be provided to the children and families via face-to-face meetings, conferencing: live, web, and video-taped, emails, and the internet. St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital wants to ensure that all employees get and give out accurate and up-to-date information. This package is written to assure that these qualities are met to the best of St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital’s abilities.
ST. JUDE’S CHILDREN’S RESEARCH HOSPITAL SYNOPSIS:
St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital opened over 50 years ago and is a pediatric cancer hospital that does not charge for its child care. This non-profit, section 501(c)(3) hospital is housed in Memphis, Tennessee. There are approximately 3,580 employees in the United States ranging from Postdoctoral Research Associates to Pediatric Oncology Nurses (Aleman, 2012).
